Apple Orchard Fun!

Today we took a field trip with the other schools to Sunshine Valley Farm. We learned about the different types of apples, how to properly pick apples from the tree (twist up!) and saw the room where the apples are stored to make applesauce, pies and other yummy treats.

Afterwards, we had lunch at Sequiota Park. The kids played on the playground, checked out the cave and watched the ducks and geese.
